Andy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from initial design to final product delivery.The fencing, gate, and hardware are of high quality and look fantastic. We ordered a black fence for the front of our house to create a courtyard space but avoid it being boxed in. The product provided by Metric was ideal and it has really added a lot of style to the facade of our home. Process was very seamless and Matt and his team did a great job. Very good to deal with, we asked for a quote to supply and install and had a couple of businesses come out to quote and never heard back from them so we decided to DIY it, Metric fencing did the design work for us and helped us out with some good advice, we miscalculated the amount we needed and the extra stuff was on the shelf ready to go so minimal delays. This was the second time i have used Metric Fencing and 100% would use again.

Would highly recommend Metric Fencing. Lyle was excellent to deal with and the whole company was very professional. It was really good to deal with a company that has very high standards with both materials and contractors etc. They don't just get any sub-contractor to prepare/install etc.We now have an aluminium picket fence with electric gate that looks fantastic and provides great security.

Having had a previous good experience with Metric, we asked Lyle to quote on our new project comprising two separate gate systems, one of which was fully automated, at an older site with some design challenges. The quote was competitive and prepared promptly (unlike two competitor quotes), with attention to detail on the design-specifics. Given the current environment, we were pleasantly surprised by the manufacturing and installation schedule which the team met. Lyle was very flexible around key design matters and worked with us throughout the process to achieve the right design solution, including quick closure of punch-list items. The installation process went very well; with a lot of care taken to ensure accuracy of the set-up, which is critical for swing-type automatic gates. We are very pleased with the final outcome in terms of gate system functionality, quality of the gate fabrication and overall design configuration.

Matt kept us informed throughout the entire process; not once did I have to chase him up. I have installed one of the fences of metric fencing and the installation went great, however one of the aluminium slats has fallen and the welding has snapped. I called metric fencing just to ask about maintenance and repair or if they could recommend anyone they would know to repair it. To my surprise I had on the phone the most hostile person that I have encountered in customer service.However Matt the manager contacted me directly and provided us with the relevant information I was after in the first place. In 2019 I had a sliding gate and pedestrian gate both electrically powered installed in my new home by Metric fencing. The job was excellent, carried out on time, great communication and also looked fantastic. A few days ago I had a problem with power to the gates. I called Metric fencing and within a day Matt called me, discussed the problem and organised a Technician to go out and check. The problem was minor and was fixed straight away. This was done at no cost to myself even though the warranty period had finished as I was told they were in the area anyway. Well done metric fencing, I have recommended them in the past and will certainly carry on recommending them in the future.

They were off to a good start because they arrived when they said they would (not a given nowadays)Their prices were great and their product was installed ahead of schedule....what other trades are doing that these days? We had a 4 metre sliding electric gate and a set of 3 metre swinging gates installed and we are very happy with the finished product. Thankyou Matt
