AliRetain is Metric Fencing’s modern solution to the traditional fencing plinth.
Ali Retain fencing plinths are designed to sit beneath the base of Colorbond fences to keep them looking neat and tidy.
They reduce the likelihood of pesky weeds growing under your fence, unwanted rubbish and other debris entering your backyard, and pets crawling under your fence and escaping when you are not looking or at home.
Ali Retain fencing plinths are also useful in situations where two neighbouring properties have different heights, and some form of retaining is required along the fence line to hold in soil from the higher-ground property.
What are AliRetain fencing plinths made from?
AliRetain fencing plinths (previously called Ali Block) are made from aluminium – a material that is strong and durable (meaning it can hold up well against windy/rainy weather and the harmful effects of UV rays), lightweight (meaning it can be easily transported to site), resistant to corrosion and requires little maintenance to keep it looking good.
For added strength and durability, all AliRetain fencing plinths are powder coated.
What sizes and colours are available?
Here at Metric Fencing, we stock Ali Retain fencing plinths in 23 different colours and two sizes: 3 sheet panels that are 2370mm long and 4 sheet Colorbond panels that are 3150mm long.
